At Hall Photography, we aim to provide you with an exceptional photography experience tailored to your needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal service delivery, we have established the following policies:
To reserve your time slot, full payment for the session is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made directly online while booking your session, or over the phone. Your session will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth schedule for all clients, please review the following policy:
Session Credits: Once your session is completed, all credits are non-refundable due to the prepaid nature of our session fees and credit system. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied toward future session fees. If you cancel or reschedule under 48 hours’ notice, you may apply any forfeited credit toward prints or products from a different session (excluding sitting fees).
Upgrading or downgrading of sessions on the day of the appointment is not permitted. Please ensure you select the appropriate session package when booking.
In the event of dissatisfaction due to issues out of the studio's control, such as style of hair or outfit choice, a new session fee will be required to schedule a new session.
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your session fee. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Prior to your on-location session, we require a consultation either over the phone or in person. During this consultation, we'll discuss your vision with your selected location, and any specific requirements to tailor the session to your needs.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a rescheduling of your session. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that the chosen location for the session may need to be adjusted based on availability and scheduling constraints.

Once digital files are delivered to you, they are considered final and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our digital products before delivery. Please review your digital files promptly upon delivery to ensure satisfaction.
In the case of print orders, once they are sent to production, they are considered final and non-refundable. We work with trusted printing partners to deliver top-notch prints of your images. However, please review your order carefully before finalizing it to avoid any discrepancies.
If you choose to print digital files with a third-party printing service, please note that Hall Photography is not responsible for the quality and outcome of the prints. We cannot guarantee the quality of prints produced by third-party vendors, nor can we accept returns or provide refunds for such prints.
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or alternative solution, depending on the circumstances.
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee covers any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, such as processing fees or materials purchased for your order.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in cases where the product received is damaged or defective, or if there has been an error on our part. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take a few business days to process.
All orders are picked up at the studio unless shipping has been paid for. Orders should be picked up within 90 days of notification. Hall Photography is not responsible for replacing unclaimed orders that have been discarded.
