If you’re having trouble logging in, please check that your password is entered with the correct capitalization, as it is case-sensitive.
If you haven’t logged in and reset your password yet, your temporary password will be your Last Name, with proper capitalization.
Your username is your student email address (e.g., xxxxxx@kernhigh.org).
If a session type isn’t showing, it likely means all appointments for that session have already been booked. Please check back later—sessions are continuously added to our online booking system, or feel free to call the studio for availability.
All of our sessions allow you to select one image to be submitted to your school’s yearbook. Just be sure your session is completed before your school’s deadline to meet yearbook requirements.
Keep it simple.
Avoid large prints or busy patterns that can distract from your face—solid colors tend to photograph best. But most importantly, wear something that feels like you! Confidence always looks good on camera.
Please note: All yearbook images must comply with your school’s dress code. If your outfit doesn't meet those guidelines, your selected image may be declined by the school. Not sure? Give us a call—we're happy to help!
While viewing your photos online, decide which image you’d like sent to the yearbook committee. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of your selected photo and choose “Make Primary Yearbook Selection.” Once selected, it will come through our system and we’ll take care of preparing it for the yearbook submission.
Session upgrades or downgrades cannot be made on the day of your appointment.
Please double-check your selection when booking to make sure you’ve chosen the session that’s right for you.
Studio sessions begin July 7th and run through October/November, depending on your school. These appointments fill up fast, so please don’t wait to book—especially if you're aiming for a session later in the season.
If you don’t schedule a studio session before the deadline, you’ll still have a chance to be photographed during your school’s on-campus "Yearbook Only" session. These dates will be announced by your school. No sessions will be offered after campus dates due to yearbook printing deadlines.

Include the student’s first and last name and their school in your message. If no voicemail is left, we won’t be able to process your cancellation and a fee may apply.
Cap & Gown sessions take place in the spring, once you’ve received your own cap and gown. We do not provide gowns, as they are height-specific and we’re unable to sanitize them between sessions.
We offer a free Cap & Gown session, with booking opening in March.
